Tartuflanghe – Truffles and more from Piedmont
TartufLanghe was founded in 1975 – the name being a play on the Italian word for truffle,Tartuffo, and the Langhe region in Alba, which is famous for its truffles. Since then, the family-run company has been creating delicacies with a focus on the regional specialities of the Piedmont region.
These multiple award winning products are prized in the culinary world and are exceptionally popular amongst Jersey’s gourmands.
Their range includes exquisite truffle oils, truffle preparations and creams, truffle pasta (the first truffle pasta in the world was made by TartufLanghe!), and of course our famous crisps.
