Now back in stock, this Appellation d’Origine Réglementée eau-de-vie is obtained by distilling marc of de-stemmed grapes exclusively produced in Champagne vineyards. On tasting, Vieux Marc de Champagne exudes fresh, fruity and flavoursome aromas.

Its refined and powerful taste makes it the perfect after-dinner drink and is the ideal ingredient to lift the character of sauces, flambé meats dishes and flavour ice creams and sorbets. It is used widely in sumptuous cakes and chocolates.
