Our favourite rosé and a perfect Easter wine, Cheverney Rosé by  Domaine Pascal Bellier is a heart-stoppingly pretty palest rosé, made from 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Gamay: a joy to drink.

A delicately fruited nose of wild strawberry, rose petal and cranberry leads to a bone dry but surprisingly full fruited palate of ripe red fruits with tangy citrus undertones and fresh acidity.

One for the garden in the Spring and Summer or with a plate of fresh shellfish.
