The best quality wild cherries are selected, stoned and candied in amarena cherry syrup. Not just delicious on their own, they are fabulous on  vanilla ice-cream and these amarena cherries are great baked into cakes of all descriptions. Don’t waste the syrup either: mix it with Champagne or Prosecco for a tasty aperitif, or with sparkling water for a refreshing drink.
