Produced by the UK’s foremost Pudding maker, The Carved Angel, in a dedicated gluten free bakery using 100% pure oat flakes, this sumptuous, moist Christmas pudding is packed with raisins, sultanas, prunes, apple and carrot and combined with mixed spice, gluten free stout and finally dosed with brandy after steaming and is simply light and delicious.

It is 454g and serves 3-4 and it is placed it in a plastic container to maximise the moisture content. The container has then been lovingly wrapped with gold muslin and as always tied with a greetings swing tag.
