This wonderful Chablis is a Summer favourite at Relish:  pale yellow, with the green highlights of a young wine, limpid and crystalline to the eye.

There is a lovely attack in the mouth that is frank and fresh, notably mineral and fruit. The mid-palate is round in texture, with the minerality re-emerging and delivering a freshness and remarkable focus.

The finish leaves you with an impression of volume in the mouth that is very pleasingly and rich.

This is a 2011 Chablis that is unctuous and long lasting in the mouth.

Great as an aperitif, with a pear and Roquefort cheese salad, fish or scallops. Recommended!
