Crème de Myrtille by Edmond Briottet
Originally from Eurasia and North America, blueberries grow in medium mountain areas (1000 m). The size of a pea, this blue, almost black fruit has a frosted aspect in some places. This Crème expresses the freshness of the woods, the sweet aromatic fragrance of this small fruit.
Crème de Myrtille can be used in a multitude of ways. Whether mixed with white wines, crémants and champagnes, or included in cocktails, or poured over ice creams and desserts, its finesse and authenticity are quite outstanding.
