Pandoro is another classic Italian Christmas cake originally from Verona.

Made by Sorelle Nurzia and packed  in an elegant gold and orange box with carry handle. Deliciously moist, it’s made with pure fresh butter and eggs but none of the raisins or candied fruit that you find in panettone.

In the box there a little bag of caster sugar to sprinkle over the cake.
