Autumn has officially arrived here at Relish Delicatessen, with the first arrival of our superlative Vacherin.
Between October and March, we have the pleasure of the company of this unique cheese. Made from the rich, unpasteurised milk of alpine pastures, Vacherin Mont d’Or has a melting, voluptuous texture and a resinous flavour.
Don’t forget to ask us to prepare our Vacherin au Florian, stuffed with truffles and topped with toasted hazelnuts, all ready for you to bake in the oven. A fabulously decadent Autumn treat!
